Amato’s Maraschino Elixir was born in 2024 out of a simple idea: the cherry on top should never be an afterthought. I started this company because I was tired of seeing artificial, neon-red syrups and cherries that didn’t taste like anything real. I wanted to create something better—something bold, natural, and unforgettable.

Made in small batches with real fruit, cane sugar, and no artificial anything, Amato’s Elixir is a reinvention of a classic ingredient. Whether you’re crafting cocktails, topping desserts, or just looking to upgrade your old-fashioned, this elixir brings depth, balance, and richness to every pour. What started as a personal obsession has become a full-fledged mission to raise the bar for bars (and kitchens) everywhere. I’m proud to share a product that reflects craftsmanship, care, and a lot of love.



1 dash Angostura Bitters

3/4 oz. (22ml) Lemon Juice

3/4 oz (22ml) Amato's Maraschino Elixir

.5 oz (15ml) Simple Syrup

1 oz (30ml) Sparkling Wine

1.5 oz (45ml) Bourbon of your choice
